CRM Booster

On every wish list: a complete history of emails, assigned to the matching documents within the ERP system. This creates high transparency and traceability for project managers, sales managers and managers along the whole process. The whole thing should then be easy to use and there should be no need for manual installation efforts on the clients. Sounds great?

Then the anthesis Outlook Add-in for SAP Business ByDesign is the right choice. Integrated into Microsoft Outlook your employees have the opportunity to replicate emails via self-defined rules in SAP Business ByDesign, and to keep contacts, tasks and calendar in sync – user-friendly, stable and reliable.

How to adapt the CRM Booster to your individual needs.

Everything at a glance

With our clearly arranged SideBar in your Outlook you get all relevant information of the selected mails at a glance.

The data is loaded directly from your SAP Business ByDesign without further delay.

Via drag & drop, mails can be easily and simply assigned on request.

Upload Queue

Uploads are collected in a queue and can be uploaded in batch mode as desired.

Emails are sorted by company and can be checked in separate tabs and selectively uploaded.

Further operation takes place via action fields next to the individual elements in the queue.

You can delete individual elements, show details or be informed about the danger of a duplicate.

We support the Microsoft Outlook versions:

The CRM Booster was programmed with C # and generates a local database based on sqlite for the offline function.

FOCUS ON BUSINESS

Our applications were developed with the end user in mind. Here the software depends on the customer and not vice versa. All developments are subjected to an extensive test phase and have been put through their paces by at least one pilot customer before the final roll-out.
